Corey has been involved with real estate for 23 years. He finished his MBA in 2002 and began working for Kennecott Land, the development company behind the Daybreak community. His experience examining the national housing market and recruiting top builders has made him a visionary in the Utah real estate community.

In the Fall of 2016, they opened their office in Daybreak (South Jordan, UT) and a year later they became their own brokerage with Corey as the Principal Broker.

Dave and his wife Jetta are passionate about spending time with our 3 kids and giving service to others in any walk of life. Dave loves playing basketball, watching the Utah Jazz (NBA), Utah Utes Football and the Las Vegas Raiders (NFL). Together with his family, Dave loves to travel to fun places around the world, play games and play with labradoodle “Maui”. His career began in the hospitality industry, catering to the needs of consumers and businesses when traveling. This built a strong foundation of customer services in all aspects of sales that he has encountered in his career, but especially in real estate.

As the Listing Coordinator, Josh handles the marketing and administrative aspects of the home-selling process. This includes posting information on the MLS, scheduling photos, weekly check-ins with sellers, etc. He makes sure everyone is updated and the selling process is smooth and timely from beginning to end. Josh is also the administrative assistant to co-owner, Tamara Zander.

Kimberly Proctor brings to the Zander Team twenty plus years of real estate experience managing an eclectic portfolio of properties: single-family homes, condos and townhomes within HOA developments, multi-unit apartment buildings, commercial real estate, as well as government owned low income and senior residential communities.

Through the collaborative process of codifying business practices and protocols, a firm foundation and framework is in place allowing Kimberly to flourish in promoting and executing Zander Team Property Management. Luke Zander, a native of the Salt Lake Valley, grew up deeply immersed in the real estate world, thanks to his parents, Corey and Tamara Zander. After graduating from Herriman High where he captained the water polo team, he went on to study marketing at Brigham Young University-Idaho. It was there he met his wife and realized his passion for the family business, leading him to join the team after completing his studies.

Tamara Zander is a real estate entrepreneur and civic leader in South Jordan and Daybreak, Utah. As co-owner and lead listing agent at Zander Real Estate Team, she ranks among the top 1% of agents in the Salt Lake Valley. Beyond real estate, she serves her third term as a South Jordan City Council Member, promoting local business growth and improving residents' quality of life.

Tamara also played a key role in founding Early Light Academy Charter School to enhance educational opportunities in her community. An advocate for health and wellness, she teaches water aerobics at the South Jordan Fitness & Aquatic Center. Tamara studied at Ricks College and BYU, including a study abroad in Jerusalem, and is fluent in Spanish following missionary work in Lima, Peru.

She enjoys an active lifestyle, which includes paddle boarding, biking, and traveling. Family is central to her life, including her husband, four children, three daughters-in-law, and two grandsons.
