Corey has been involved with real estate for 23 years. He finished his MBA in 2002 and began working for Kennecott Land, the development company behind the Daybreak community. His experience examining the national housing market and recruiting top builders has made him a visionary in the Utah real estate community.

In the Fall of 2016, they opened their office in Daybreak (South Jordan, UT) and a year later they became their own brokerage with Corey as the Principal Broker.

With their passion for strong communities, it’s no surprise that the majority of the Zander’s business comes by referral. Tamara is the co-owner and lead listing agent. She has been in the industry since 2011, helping hundreds of clients sell their home. Tamara is in the top 1% of the top ½% of all Real Estate Agents in the Salt Lake Valley. In Fall of 2016, together with her husband Corey, they opened their office in Daybreak (South Jordan, Utah) and a year later became their own brokerage.

Tamara is a passionate community advocate and volunteers her time generously. She was elected and is currently serving as Councilwoman for South Jordan City. She also helped successfully found and acquire land for Early Light Academy Charter School. She considers it an honor to also serve the community as a real estate professional.

During all phases of a listing from the initial paperwork and promotion through the very last details of the closing, we personally attend to all of the details. As a result, the large majority of our transactions come through referrals and repeat business. Andrea brings 6 years of quality real estate experience to the team. She loves helping people find their dream home, and works hard to help every client realize their dream. She prides herself in reliability and consistency, and truly enjoys the challenge of negotiating and communicating needs on behalf of her buyers.

Andrea is married with 3 teenage children, and she enjoys going on trips with her family, reading, and spending time outdoors. Andrea grew up in Brazil and speaks Portuguese. She loves the beauty of Utah and loves to call it home.

Dave and his wife Jetta are passionate about spending time with our 3 kids and giving service to others in any walk of life. Dave loves playing basketball, watching the Utah Jazz (NBA), Utah Utes Football and the Las Vegas Raiders (NFL). Together with his family, Dave loves to travel to fun places around the world, play games and play with labradoodle “Maui”. His career began in the hospitality industry, catering to the needs of consumers and businesses when traveling. This built a strong foundation of customer services in all aspects of sales that he has encountered in his career, but especially in real estate.

Dave has been in Real Estate for the past 7 years and joined the Zander Real Estate Team several months ago. His mission is to help friends and family find a home or sell a home while reducing stress, giving them a memorable experience and improving their life situation. It is his priority to provide value to his clients by finding every opportunity he can to help them succeed in their choices. Persistence, passion and a winning attitude have brought success in every industry in which he has had the pleasure of working. Dave looks forward to providing this same experience to you when you or those you know are looking to purchase or sell a home.

As the Closing Manager, Jamie gives specialized care to our clients after they enter a contract to purchase a home. She handles the administrative aspects of the transactions such as paperwork, inspections, and appraisals. She helps each client understand the process and ensures that all deadlines are met and the transaction runs smoothly.

Jamie first met Tamara and Corey Zander when they helped her and her family sell and purchase their homes. She loves being a part of the team and plays a crucial role in our work to serve our clients.

As the Listing Coordinator, Josh handles the marketing and administrative aspects of the home-selling process. This includes posting information on the MLS, scheduling photos, weekly check-ins with sellers, etc. He makes sure everyone is updated and the selling process is smooth and timely from beginning to end. Josh is also the administrative assistant to co-owner, Tamara Zander.

Luke is the son of Corey and Tamara Zander and a native of the Salt Lake Valley. After graduating from Herriman High where he was water polo team captain for two years, Luke attended Brigham Young University Idaho, where he also met his wife. Realizing that he had a passion for the family business while studying marketing at BYU-I, he joined the team after finishing his studies there. Watching his parents serve the community by growing a thriving business and his own experience serving the people of South Africa full time for two years have given him a passion for helping people in his home community.

When not helping Utah home buyers/sellers, Luke enjoys making people laugh as well as water polo, skiing, hiking and anything getting him outdoors with his wife.

Sheri Gordon has lived in Utah for 14 years and is a seasoned real estate professional. She values the trust her clients place in her and she strives everyday to exceed their expectations. As a realtor her first priority is to make her clients happy and help them reach all of their real estate goals. Over the years referrals from past clients have been her biggest compliment and she continues to strive to earn that complement from each client she works with.

Outside of real estate Sheri loves spending time with her husband and four daughters exploring Utah and the rest of the world! She also enjoys going to lunch with friends, listening to podcasts and planning vacations.

As the Office Manager, Stephanie handles the administrative aspects of the office. This includes assisting Corey Zander, Principal Broker, and making sure the office runs smoothly.

Stephanie is the mother of 3, has 2 sweet dogs, and loves to camp and be outdoors. She operated her own photography and graphic design company before joining the Zander Team and loves any opportunity to be creative with any necessary marketing tasks for the Zander Team.

Stephanie has known the Zander Family for 19 years and worked with Corey Zander at Kennecott Land when the Daybreak community was conceptualized and constructed. She started working at the Zander Real Estate Team in August 2016 and has enjoyed being part of such a great company!

Stephanie has a contagious laugh and loves helping people. She looks forward to meeting and working with you!

Precia recently followed her lifelong dream of becoming a licensed realtor. She began home ownership and home flipping when she was only 21. With help from a savvy real estate agent she now owns a beautiful home that once seemed completely unattainable. She is passionate about helping others navigate the home-buying process so they can have the same positive outcomes she has had in real estate. With years of real-life experience, she is excited to help others through the buying and selling process.

While not working Precia prefers to be with her husband, five daughters, and puppy. Together they enjoy hiking, skiing, traveling, laughing, roasting each other, and cheering each other on in all their endeavors.

Kimberly Proctor brings to the Zander Team twenty plus years of real estate experience managing an eclectic portfolio of properties: single-family homes, condos and townhomes within HOA developments, multi-unit apartment buildings, commercial real estate, as well as government owned low income and senior residential communities.

Through the collaborative process of codifying business practices and protocols, a firm foundation and framework is in place allowing Kimberly to flourish in promoting and executing Zander Team Property Management. From handling rent collections, trust accounts, detailed monthly statements, property maintenance and inspection, contractor relationships, safeguarding Equal Housing Opportunity Compliance, and countless other aspects of the engagement, Kimberly will ensure a seamless unencumbered client experience.

Managing client services is a round-the-clock commitment which fits well to Kimberly’s energetic, proactive style. The shadings, textures, and idiosyncrasies involved in maintaining synergistic relationships with tenants, property owners, and maintenance staff capitalizes on Kimberly’s background and training in the hospitality management industry.

Kimberly maintains an active family-oriented lifestyle. A certified Zumba instructor, a friendly game of pickleball, conditioning and training for 5K and 10K races; mountain hiking and skiing with her husband.
